Purchase of Taiwan Express

Vero Beach, FL – July 13, 2014

Roberts Equities LLC purchased the former Taiwan Express restaurant property sold by Charlie Lin, a 2,600 square foot building with a drive-thru. This Treasure Coast property is located at 1660 U.S. Highway 1 in Vero Beach, FL. Roberts Equities is expected to purchase and redevelope another property along U.S. Highway 1, as they are under contract. The plans for this recently acquired site are to be announced soon.

Randy Tulepan, Executive Vice President of Roberts Equities LLC, has optimism for further purchases in the near future, with the help of Michael Yurocko, CCIM, vice president and broker of SLC Commercial.
