Co-CEO
Kevin Roberts is a principal at Roberts Equities and is Co-CEO at the firm. Kevin has been active in commercial real estate his entire career, and has experience negotiating on either the Landlord or Tenant side of a transaction.
Prior to joining Roberts Equities, Mr. Roberts served as President of Lucille Roberts Health Clubs, Inc., a women’s only fitness chain operating in the Northeast. In his capacity as President, he oversaw all lease negotiations and managed the company’s landlord-tenant relations.
He is a graduate of The University of Pennsylvania, and has attended numerous continuing Real Estate education courses at the Schack Institute of Real Estate at NYU.
