Saks Off Fifth replaces Loehmann’s in Boca Raton shopping center
Boca Raton, FL – July 28, 2014
Saks Off 5th signed a ten-year lease at Somerset Shoppes, which will be replacing approximately 23,343 square foot, formerly Loehmann’s. Saks Off 5th will be an anchored tenant joining TJ Maxx, Michaels, and Men’s Wearhouse. Saks is currently under construction and expect to be open first quarter 2015. Somerset Shoppes is located on the Northeast corner of Glades Road and Lyons Road in Boca Raton, FL.
Randy Tulepan, Vice President of Roberts Equities, LLC represented the owner, and David Emohovich from Katz and Associates represented the tenant.
