Roberts Equities, LLC closed on its third property on US Highway 1 in Vero Beach, FL. Orange State Retail Properties, Inc sold its 0.65 acre proprety on 1690 US Highway 1, Vero Beach, FL 32960. This Indian River County property is located directly north of the former Taiwan Building that was purchased by Roberts Equities in July, 2014. The plans for this recently acquired site are to be announced soon.
